Cancellations

In the event a registration must be canceled, the cancellation request must be made in writing or by phone no later than one week prior to the first day of camp in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be made if requests are received within the week prior to the first day of camp. However, registrations may be transferred to previously unregistered campers. For no-shows the registration fee will not be refunded or allowed to apply against charges for those who came. The registration fee for Preteen and Youth Camp (Fuego) is non-refundable. |
